Class 6 - Homework - January 31st

Dear Students-

Don't forget that logbooks are due next class.

Thank you,
Team IPC

Assignment 1 - Documenting Student Selects Project
c06_a1
Due: Thursday, February 14th
Format: Student Selects project documented as a pdf and submitted to server
Filename Convention: c06_a1_Student_Selects_YourLastnameYourFirstInitial.pdf

This is a three part assignment.

  1. Type up the piece of paper  you wrote out your student selects intention on and save it as an MSWord document (or RTF). This is the Ex Post Facto Statement of Intent you wrote in class.
  2. Photograph or scan an image of the actual work. Save both your written document file and photo image file and keep them in your personal archive.
  3. Using the demo "Video Tutorial: How to save your project as a pdf" listed in the course documents (in the right hand column of the blog), save the image and text together into one file.  Save one copy for your archive and submit one copy to the server.
Note: To submit your file to the server, click on "Go" in the top menu bar and then click "connect to server" in the drop down menu.  Select afp://dali and click "connect."  A box with your name should appear and the password is your email password.
